By accessing and using the Sylvant Studio's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or make any purchases.
All prints and merchandise are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the cost of production. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitor settings and the nature of print production.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Once an order is placed, it is sent to production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Purchasing a print or product grants you the right to display and enjoy the physical item. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not:
Custom commission terms (pricing, timeline, revisions, and usage rights) are agreed upon individually between the artist and the client before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure a commission slot.
Sylvant Studio's is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
