Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and what to do if something isn't right.
All prints and merchandise sold through Sylvant Studio's are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printify. This means your item is freshly produced just for you after you place your order — no mass-produced inventory sitting in a warehouse.
Most items take 2–5 business days to produce. During busy periods (holidays, sales), production may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery times include production + transit. These are estimates and not guarantees. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Because all items are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or buyer's remorse. Each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it promptly.
Once we confirm that your item qualifies for a return (damaged, wrong item, or quality issue), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If your order is lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery after the estimated window, contact us and we will either reship the item or issue a full refund at your preference.
Original artwork purchases are handled separately from print merchandise. Shipping for originals is arranged on a case-by-case basis with appropriate insurance and packaging. Contact us for details.
